Overview
Helpwise integration with Zoho CRM allows you to track real-time Zoho contact information directly from your Helpwise account. Create a new contact in your Copper CRM from Helpwise and associate the deal details with the contacts.

How to Configure Helpwise's Zoho CRM Integration?

To configure this integration, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log in to your Helpwise account.
Step 2: Go to the Automation menu and select Integrations.
Step 3: Select Zoho from the list of integrations and click on Connect.

Step 4: Now, select the Zoho data centre linked with your Zoho CRM account and then select "Connect".
Note: For finding out your data centre, look for the URL in the address bar in your Zoho CRM account.  
If it is crm.zoho.com, then the data centre is .com, and so on.

Step 5: Click on the "Accept" button, to connect your Zoho account with Helpwise.

You're all set! Start using Zoho CRM from the integration side panel on any Helpwise Inbox. The integration allows you to track Zoho contact and deal information directly in your Helpwise inbox.
