WooCommerce integration with your shared inbox allows you to track your customer’s information and their orders directly from your Helpwise account.

To integrate your WooCommerce account with Helpwise, follow the steps below:

• Login to your Helpwise account.
• Click on “Automation” on the top and select “Integrations”.

• Now, click on “Connect WooCommerce” button.

• Enter Consumer Key and Consumer Secret from the WooCommerce settings -> Advanced -> Rest API. You have to click on 'Create an API key'. After generating API Key , you'll get Consumer key and Consumer Secret.

• Enter the site address from the WooCommerce status. There is no need to enter " https:// ".

• Now you've to click on 'Connect'. That’s it! You have now integrated your WooCommerce store with Helpwise
