How do we enable this setting?
In order to enable this setting, please follow these steps:
- Click on the "Interact" option in the Navbar
- Select the chat widget for which you wish to enable the data capturing form.
- Head over to the "Live chat widget customizations" section.
- Click on the toggle button to turn on "Ask for details before starting the new conversation from a lead"
- Click the save button at the bottom of this section
When this form will get triggered?
This lead data capturing form will be triggered whenever our system doesn't receive the information of the person from the script or when the person has not provided his/her data before. Once our system receives the data then it won't trigger the form to the same person.
