Designed to save you time, enhance the quality of your messages, and reduce the effort required to draft content from scratch, Email AI is a game-changer for your daily workflow.

It allows you to draft contextual messages by leveraging your help-center articles and the ongoing conversation; here’s how to set up help centers on your account.

Follow these simple steps to get started:


1. AI Reply: Open any email thread and click the “Reply with AI” button to draft a contextual reply for the ongoing conversation. The AI will analyze the conversation and your Helpwise help-center articles (if configured) to generate a relevant response.




2. AI Compose: Enter the key details or prompts related to the message you want to create and click the “Compose” button. The AI will process your input and generate a draft based on the provided information.




3. Review and Edit: Review the generated content and make any necessary adjustments. You can refine the message further to better suit your needs or preferences. You’ll get predefined suggestions like “Add more technical details” or allow you to provide custom prompts for further edits.



4. Refine and Tune: Adjust the drafted message according to your preference, such as elaborating or shortening the content. You can also change the tone of the email or translate the message into other available languages if needed.



5. Send or Save: Once you’re satisfied with the draft, you can either send it directly or save it for later use.
