2. Open the inbox where you want to compose or reply to an email.

🔃 Using Email AI for Replies

1. Navigate to the email thread you wish to respond to.
2. In the reply editor, click the ‘AI Reply’ button.
3. Email AI will analyze the conversation context and pull in details from help articles to draft a response.
4. Refine the draft using prompts like:
   • “Add more technical details.”
   • *“Make it concise.”*You can also click ‘Regenerate’ to explore alternate responses.
5. Once satisfied, click ‘Use this draft'
6. Bonus: Further personalize the response by tweaking the tone, adjusting the word count, or adding more details.

✍️ Using Email AI for Composing Emails

1. Start a new email by clicking the ‘Compose’ button.
2. Provide a brief description of your intent. For example:
   1. "Draft an introduction email to a new client."
   2. "Request a follow-up meeting next week."
3. Select a tone that suits your message. Email AI will create a draft accordingly.
4. Review the draft and add any personal touches or additional details.
5. Once ready, click Send and let Email AI do the heavy lifting!
